We are running a couple of pre-season match training sessions aimed at our Division 3 and Sirens Ladies teams, which will be focused on game play and switching practice.
This session is not part of the membership package and sorry that there are no junior rates for this session.

This one off training session is aimed at Div 1 and Div 2 players, focussed on match play to prepare for the new season.
