Torexe Safeguarding Policy
I will always behave in a way that is safe, respectful, and inclusive, both on and off the court. I understand that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and will report any concerns to the club's Welfare Officer. I agree not to contact junior members (under 18s) directly through personal or private means such as text, social media, or phone, unless I am their parent/guardian or have express permission from the Welfare Officer. I understand that all communication with junior members must be relevant to club activities, transparent, and conducted via appropriate channels, such as through a parent or guardian, team group messages, or official club communications. I will adhere to the club’s Code of Conduct, follow Volleyball England’s safeguarding policies, and respect the boundaries between adults and juniors, especially outside of volleyball-related contexts.
I agree to follow the club’s safeguarding rules, treat all members respectfully, and never contact juniors (under 18s) privately except through approved channels. I will report any concerns to the Club Welfare Officer and uphold club rules at all times.
